Josh Eisen, B.A. (Hons.), M.A., J.D. is a dedicated Corporate & Business Lawyer in Toronto, Canada. Josh assists entrepreneurs and business owners at every stage in their business’ life cycle, from the initial incorporation, to restructuring, to the sale of the business.

Josh’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, secured lending, and corporate governance. Whether it’s drafting a simple shareholder agreement or negotiating a complex secured financing transaction, Josh does it all.

Josh has helped clients secure more than $400 million in financing from venture capital funds and other institutions. He has negotiated numerous purchase agreements opposite institutional purchasers and isn’t afraid to take on the big guys.

Leveraging his Master’s degree in negotiation and conflict resolution, Josh skillfully negotiates with opposing counsel to deliver the best results possible for his clients.
