Dr. Shnier leads our Business Law Department. With over a decade of health policy, academia, research, consulting, and legal experience, she provides our clients with unique evidence-based, informed, experience-based perspectives and fresh thinking.
Adrienne is Health Law Faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School in the Professional LLM in Health Law, an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Graduate Studies, School of Health Policy & Management, and School of Global Health in the Faculty of Health at York University.
About Jonathan Mackenzie, B.A., J.D.
Jonathan Mackenzie has over a decade of litigation experience, having previously led the legal department of the largest Canadian-owned real estate franchisor.His practice focuses on labour & employment law, intellectual property law, franchise law, and other corporate and commercial matters. Jonathan also provides professional legal, policy consulting, and strategy services to law firms, regulated health professional associations, health care providers, and individual.
